Payments or contributions to the parish by Visa or Mastercard can now be made via a secure system provided by the CBA.  You can access this system via our website.  Look under the Our Parish tab and go to BPoint – for online payments.

Your access to the BPOINT online payment system is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions of this agreement include the terms and conditions in our privacy statement. You also agree that we will not be liable, and to indemnify us, for a claim or demand made by a third party due to, arising out of or in connection with, your breach of these terms and conditions or your infringement of any rights of a third party. Your use of, and/or access to, this site constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change or discontinue these terms and conditions or any feature at any time, including content, hours of availability and equipment required for access. In using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions imposed by your bank and BPOINT, and pay the amount(s) and associated fees in relation to the transaction(s) you authorise on this site. While the payment service provides a payment reference number acknowledging your payment, your financial institution may still decline the transaction. The provision of a payment reference number does not mean that payment has been finalised. If a payment is declined then you will need to contact your financial institution. You are responsible for correctly entering all requested payment information.

Refund policy

This refund policy outlines the procedure and process of issuing a refund. Should an error be made in the amount of any donation, you – as the donor – has 60 days in which to notify St. Euphrasia Syro-Malabar Parish of the error. All requests for refunds must be made in writing and directed by email to steuphrasiaadelaide@gmail.com or by post to Parish Priest, St. Euphrasia Syro-Malabar Parish Adelaide North, PO Box 1035, Elizabeth Vale, South Australia, Australia Pin 5112. The request should have the details of the initial donation including the date, amount, name of the donor, the receipt number and the nature of the error. Of course, should an error be made by St. Euphrasia Syro-Malabar Parish Adelaide North or its financial institution(s), full refunds will be made immediately upon notification of the error and all costs borne by Parish.

Please note: refunds of the amount pledged to be donated will not automatically be made simply because you have changed your mind. It is for this reason that we ask that you make your choice to donate carefully. Parish is under no obligation to give a refund if an error has been made on your part, but will endeavour to ensure that any genuine errors (such as to the amount donated) are rectified. St. Euphrasia Syro-Malabar Parish , which is a non profit organisation, reserves the right to deduct any bank or transaction charges for any refund processed onto the donor. Should an error be detected and a request for refund be made after 60 days have expired, Parish regrets that it is unable to refund any monies.
